At Bibeam, we are committed to ensuring your Antminers are delivered safely and efficiently. We offer shipping worldwide, with expedited options available for those who need their products sooner. Here’s what you can expect when placing an order with us:
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
- Shipping Methods: We use trusted carriers to ship your Antminer(s), and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times typically range from 7 to 14 days depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon checkout.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.
- High Order Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Returns & Warranty Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Bibeam. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Antminer or if it arrives damaged, here’s what you can do:
- Returns: Our return policy lasts 30 days. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, less any shipping costs. Please note that the product must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Damaged Items: If your Antminer is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in returning the damaged product and issuing a replacement or refund.
- Warranty: All of our Antminers come with a 1-year warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. If your device malfunctions during this period, please contact us for a warranty claim, and we will provide repair or replacement services as needed.
