I can't find my Order ID.
Search your inbox (and spam folder) for "Bibeam" or "order confirmation". The Order ID is shown at the top of that email. Still stuck? Contact our support team at [email protected] and we'll help.
It says my order was not found.
Check that the Order ID has no extra spaces and that the billing email matches the one used at checkout exactly.
My order status hasn't changed.
Statuses update as your order moves through each stage. If you have concerns, reach out to us with your Order ID and we'll look into it right away.
